One/ of a Kind Products

Please remember that all one/ products are handmade, or hand finished. The photographs on the website represent the product range available but may vary slightly to the product that you receive. This is particularly relevant to the crochet brooches, badges and button hair pins, as these products are handmade from start to finish. We hope that you see this as something to celebrate rather than worry about... as the product that you receive will be very similar to the product that you select but may have slight differences and will be personal to you. Please send us an email if you have any specific product or colour request.

Gift Giving

one/of a kind boutique is committed to exceeding our customers expectations and we are happy to help in anyway that we can. If you are sending a one/product as a gift and would like us to include a gift card, just let us know by including your message in the 'notes' section at the checkout and let us know of any other special instructions. Alternatively you can send us an email at info@one-ofakind.co.uk.

 

Postage and Packing

one/of a kind boutique are happy to send parcels and packets to our lovely customers wherever they may be. Please see postal charges below:

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch your one/ order within 5 working days of receipt of your order. However as most items are handmade at busy times this can take longer. For Europe and the rest of the world please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If an item is temporarily out of stock and delivery times are a little longer than usual we will contact you via e-mail.

 

Duties and Local Taxes

Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

 

Damage and Loss in Transit

Occasionally, unfortunately, things do get lost or damaged in transit. If this happens with your order, please advise us as soon as you receive your goods and we will supply replacement goods as soon as possible. If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made. Please do not return damaged goods, unless we request you to do so as this may incur additional costs unnecessarily.

 

Returns and Refunds

We endeavour to provide beautiful, carefully wrapped products and we hope you love your new purchases. However, we do offer a returns policy on all of our products. If you are not happy with any of your one/ purchases please return the goods to us within two weeks, with a note giving us the reason for the return. Please retain a Certificate of Posting, in case the package should go astray. Once we have received the products in perfect resalable condition we will issue you with an exchange or full refund, minus postage charges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

 

Confidentiality

one/of a kind do not share your details with any third parties; however we will occasionally email you with details of new products and special offers. If you do not wish to receive occasional emails from one/of a kind boutique please email info@one-ofakind.co.uk to be removed from our mailing list.
